There are no more fees, everything you need is included to send and receive your results for the UK.
POSTAGE:
We have had several DNA tests very late when sent through Royal Mail in the last year since the pandemic.
We are now including a 'special delivery' option which is next working day, trackable.
Naturally, we hope 2nd class arrives within 3-4 days and 1st class arrives within 1-2 working days, but it isn't always the case and Royal Mail only deem an item 'lost' after 10 working days. If you'd like your test for a special date/more urgently, please select 'Special Delivery'.
EU/Other destinations: Please note Britain's exit from the EU means custom charges can be relevant. Please check this for your chosen country and contact us if you'd like any help-we will always help where we can.
